Our Workshop

We supply purpose made joinery of the highest quality to the whole of the UK within the tight deadlines demanded by today's fast paced lifestyle. In order to achieve this we need the ability and space to run numerous contracts at the same time.

As result we have a spacious joinery assembly shop enabling us to fully fabricate large items such as stairs and bars. The advantage with this is that products have been together in the workshop prior to delivery to site (a great comfort when on-site time is of a premium).

Our woodworking machine shop is fully equipped and capable of producing one off pieces of bespoke period mouldings to large volume production batches of joinery components.

We carry large stocks of raw materials and have developed an excellent supply chain with timber and sheet material being delivered daily. Reassuring when extra's or variations are required usually with no extension of time.

Having in house spraying facilities allow us the ability to fully finish joinery components prior to delivery. Anything from solid paints to stains and lacquers.
Factory finishing provides a superior finish to that which can be achieved on site, it can also save a great deal of time as well as eliminating a health and safety issue.

Up to date office technology means we can transmit and receive CAD drawings, again essential when time is of the essence.

Image Joinery are also approved solid surface fabricators using Corian, Avonite, Starron etc.,. Items such as Reception Counters, Bars and vanity units which often use these materials can be fully manufactured in house, eliminating the involvement of another trade or supplier and improving delivery times.
